Application Method and Consumption Rate:

To ensure perfect adhesion and long-lasting performance, follow these steps:

1. Surface Preparation: The concrete substrate must be clean, completely dry, and free from any oils or grease. Repair any cracks or holes first.
2. Primer Application: An epoxy primer, such as Sikafloor®-156 or Sikafloor®-161, must be used to prepare the surface and ensure optimal adhesion.
3. Product Mixing: Mix components A and B thoroughly using a low-speed mechanical mixer (300-400 rpm).
4. Application: The product is applied using an epoxy roller or a notched squeegee.

Consumption Rate:
A full 25 kg kit covers approximately 45 m² (485 ft²) for two coats, or 90 m² (970 ft²) for a single coat, at an average thickness. (Note: The actual consumption rate depends on the smoothness and porosity of the substrate).

 Important Notes and Limitations:

• Primer Required: This product requires a primer coat and should not be applied directly to concrete.
• Do Not Dilute: Do not add any solvents such as water, thinner, or methanol. The product is ready for use after mixing its two components.
• Indoor Use Only: This product is not designed for exposure to direct sunlight (is not UV-resistant).
